For this reason, our tiles present characteristics inherent to this process, such as variations in shade, texture, shape, relief, pigmentation, and minor marks from production and firing. These variations are not treated as defects, but as characteristics of the handcrafted product. Each batch and each piece may present unique details, and understanding this nature is essential before specification and installation.
Does Keramika provide mortar and grout?
We do not supply mortar or grout, but we can guide and recommend suitable products for each application. The choice of grout color should be part of the project specification, as it directly affects the layout reading, the contrast between the pieces, and the final result of the tiling.
What is the production and delivery timeframe?
Keramika tiles are handcrafted and, for the most part, made to order. For this reason, we do not work with the conventional logic of in-stock products. The lead time must be consulted and taken into account during the planning stage of the project, respecting the steps of production, drying, firing, quality control, and order preparation. -> We recommend confirming the lead time before scheduling the installation or other stages of the project.
